Beware of hoax ‘beauty retailers’ sending emails to receive samples
So, last year feb, I was contacted by a ‘Vicky Lappa’.
I fell victim to this company firstname.lastname@example.org
The website is now actually offline : How convenient! ALARM BELL!
See below exerts of how this joker duped me and then forgot, so contacted me again in 2017 to attempt to dupe me some more..
And now today, another business owner contacted me as she saw that i had previously liked a picture on ‘Vicky Lappa’ Blackafricansoap.gr Facebook. That was the push to write this. You already wasted my time, but now you want to waste others, it would be foul for me to sit back and not say something.
Do NOT send this fake company ANY products. They will NOT place and order. The display stock photos of known brands on their Facebook to entice you to have trust. Do not. If you want to be absolutely sure, call the Greek trade embassy for verification.
What I despise it the trusts factor. Small businesses put their trust in ‘so-called’ retailers to act responsibly and serious place orders. This company clearly has no intention of doing that otherwise they would have honoured to 30-50 pieces they promised me last year… or respond when I questioned them this year with an apology and an order.
All the best,
